Two George III Turned Boxwood Stacking Medicine Towers, Circa 1800 and a round shallow box with push-on lid and a side lug to the base: One tower having a slightly domed screw on lid with incised ring turning to the top above a stack of four cylindrical boxes, scratch carved with initials, 4½” (10.5 cm) in height. The other with slightly domed lid above five compartments hand-scribed with labels; ”Pil. Aperiens’,’Pil Antim. PJ’, ‘Pil. Hydrarg’, ‘Pil. Hydr. Chlor.’, and ‘Pil.Anodyn’, 4” (10 cm) in height. The box of fine colour & patination, 2¼” (5.5 cm) in diameter, 1” (2.5 cm) high.*
