Two German Painted Porcelain Plaques, late 19th/early 20th century, one of the Duchess of Devonshire, the other St. John as a youth, ht. 7 3/4 and 7 in., not examined out of frame, unmarked.

Each plaque is very "dry". Lack of glaze is evident, especially to the Duchess. Not examined out of frames. Duchess is 5 1/4 x 7"; St. John is 5 1/2 x 7 1/4"
