Two Jimmy Carter Signed Warehouse Receipts "Carter's Bonded Warehouse" PSA/DNA

Jimmy Carter (1924-2024). Pair of voided receipts for bales of cotton from Carter's Bonded Warehouse of Plains, Georgia, signed by Jimmy Carter as "James E. Carter, Jr.". Each records the receipt of one bale of cotton for storage in the warehouse. One is made out to "Margaret B Venable", Plains, Georgia, September 3, 1963; the other is made out to "C C Wise", Plains, Georgia, September 4, 1963. Both measure 7.25" x 3.25" and are encapsulated in PSA/DNA slabs. Receipt dated September 4, 1963 is stamped "CANCELLED" and both are stamped "VOIDED" by the U.S. Department of Agriculture Warehouse Act dated November 9, 1967. Each has the upper right corner clipped, but both are in fine condition, boldly signed by Carter.
