the first by William Manson for John Deacons, two perching birds surrounded by alternating pink and green millefiori canes and set upon a blue aventurine ground, with John Deacons and William Manson signature canes and numbered S27 9/25 to base, 7.5cm diameter; the second with a goldfinch perching on a thistle above a royal blue ground, dated 2004 to the signature cane, 7.5cm diameter (2)
