Condition Report: Both chairs with a slight wobble and both would greatly benefit from a cleaning as there is much embedded dirt, dust, and surface debris. "After Cluny" tapestry chair: Tapestry appears to be in stable condition with the exception of some separation at upper center of back rest. Chip to the wood on left rear foot, at right armrest, and a variety of small nicks and scratches throughout the frame, consistent with age and use. Chair with male figure: With what appears to be a repaired tear in the tapestry on the center of the back rest. There is also a horizontal split in the tapestry at the front of the seat and a small hole in the tapestry just above the chair's left front leg. With scattered nicks to the wood frame and the arms may have had some restoration as evidenced by adhesive/glue residue in the joints.
