Two Pairs of Federal Lemon Top Brass Andirons
Two pairs of Federal Double 'Lemon-Top' brass and wrought iron andirons, early 19th century, each with spurred knees and ball feet.
Dimensions:Height of tallest 25 1/2in; width 11 1/2in; depth 19in.
Condition Report: Each andiron is structurally sound. Both pairs appear to have been recently cleaned and polished. The billet bars with heavy wear, oxidation and rust. The smaller pair with separation when the brass is seamed. Otherwise in good useable condition.
