Two Pennsylvania Stoneware Spitoons

one elaborately free-hand decorated, the other with a row of stenciled stars, and free-hand vine and leaf decorations at top opening.

Height of larger 6 x diameter 9 inches.
Condition Report: Spittoon with stars has large cracks, including at on base and along rim, and one significant vertical crack across body. Chip to rim and firing pock.
