the first an untitled welded and painted steel wall mounted sculpture by Bill Hickman of Raleigh, a primarily self-taught artist and member of the Carolina Designer Craftsmen Guild, retaining an art auction entry label with artist's information to the verso, designed for display as a wall mounted sculpture (14 x 15.5 in.) (one nail re-attached to top of head; hanging hook to verso detached on one side); the second a chalice by Al Frega of Wilmington, Frega transforms objects found in Army & Navy surplus stores into art objects and monuments, his work was featured in the Industrial Romantic exhibition at City Gallery in 1991 (8.5 x 5.25 in.) (good estate condition).
