The pottery horses standing foursquare with heads turning to the left, one painted in reddish brown pigment with a white slip saddle, the other painted in white slip with white saddle and black blanket.Approx: (larger) h. 12.5". Provenance: From the Private Collection of Morton & Kathleen Sachs of Louisville, Kentucky, purchased as a group of seven for $4,400 from TK Asian Antiquities (Williamsburg, VA) in 2000 & 2001.
