Bridge of Sighs:
Minor deposits of surface dirt and dust; canvas is lined; small vertical scratch in upper center; thin stretcher bar line accompanied by minute cracking to paint along upper edge; luster differences in varnish in upper right corner and lower right corner, only visible in raking light and do not fluoresce as inpainting under UV light. Under UV light: small spots of inpainting along upper edge; strokes of inpainting in lower right corner, to right of woman in red; thin strokes of inpainting in woman's red skirt; area of inpainting in paving stones to right of central man. St. Marc Square:
Minor deposit of surface dirt and dust; canvas is lined; luster differences scattered along left edge, only visible in raking light and do not fluoresce as inpainting under UV light.
