Two early 19th century hardstone fob seals, the first with an oval cornelian panel carved with a central leaf with 'Je ne change qu'en mourant' around the outside, panel 1.8cm long, to a fluted gold mount; together with a further hardstone seal, carved with the profile of a Roman Emperor, possibly Tiberius, panel 2.3cm long, within a pierced and scrolled gold setting; 13.7g grossCondition Report: Both the seal settings have previously been scraped possibly for acid testing, the settings have some wear commensurate with age and use, no cracks to the panels, some nibbles and scratches.
