Condition Report:
Please note: these are of later 20th century manufacture and are probably copper electrotypes The sculptures have a brown patina with a slightly metallic, cooler tinge. The reclining hound is, aside from minor surface marks, knocks and scratches overall consistent with age, in presentable order overall. There standing example bears more visible surface marks and scratches, including some short, thin lines to the back. This sculpture also has several coarser areas to the metal, likely inconsistencies resulting from the casting process, to the front left leg (rear of the leg), behind the right ear, and to the rear left leg (all roughly between 1-5cm long). There is some dust and residue to the recesses, and the sculptures could benefit from a gentle clean.
