Two pearl brooches and a pendant
late 19th century
Comprising: an oval pendant set with pearls arranged in a star motif, the reverse with a glazed compartment with a photograph, fitted case stamped London & Ryder; a floral brooch composed of cannetille set with pearls; and a bar brooch set with a pearl, fitted case.
Please note that the pearls have not been tested for natural origin.
Condition Report:
Overall dimensions approximately 55 x 33mm (locket) 45mm length (bar brooch) and 51 x 51mm (cannetille brooch). Pearls untested, some with areas of wear and unevenness to nacre surfaces. Bar brooch stamped 9ct, cannetille brooch and locket unsigned. Cannetille brooch with areas of discoloration to metal. Combined gross weight approximately 35 grams.
