Both of simple cylindrical form; the first painted in underglaze blue with a five-clawed dragon undulating through flames rendered in copper-red, the unglazed base displaying concentric rings; the second bottle with a wide mouth, slightly flared lip, the side walls painted in copper-red with two confronting dragons amidst clouds and flames, all above turbulent waves surrounding a foot ring, enclosing an apocryphal Yongzheng mark.
