Two similar Staffordshire porcelain figures of Guanyin and a Chinese Jesuit priest, first half 19th century, the figure of Guanyin modelled standing with hands clasped together, wearing a headdress and pink and cream robes highlighted with gilt flowers and other gilt motifs, 26cm high, the priest modelled with right hand on hip and left hand by his side, wearing a Ji-Jin and purple chasuble over cream and pink undergarments highlighted with gilt flowers, 22.5cm high, each standing on a stylised cloud above a square base with single band of gilding (2)
