Very nice Limited Edition U-boat Left Hook Chronograph from 2005 by Italo Fontana. Type U-0053 no: 0596 / 1000 -. The case is 53 mm, without the signed crown on the left side (-. . left-hook) .
It is completely stainless 18/10 steel and the dial is completely black with silver indexes and hands.
Also -nice detail!
- the dial has “dots”.
It has three subdials - 60min, small sec and 12h -
The watch is waterproof up to 50m (= swimming - information - no guarantee -.)
The strap is a sturdy, thick leather strap with an original U-boat pin clasp. This is 22mm wide and suitable for a wrist circumference of up to at least 21cm. In addition, the original folding clasp is also included, without strap.
This U-boat has only few signs of use - only a few very light scratches/dents (optically at least 8. 5/10) . It keeps time well and the second hand of the chronograph also starts and resets well. The 60min and 12h subdials run, but reset in the wrong place!

Overall it is a very cool clock! These rare Limited Edition models in particular are highly sought after!
