US $1 gold coin and diamond ring. Featuring a 22k $1 US gold coin dated 1851, bezel set atop an 18.8mm mounting containing (24) round brilliant cut diamonds weighing approximately 0.75 total carats of overall SI-2 clarity and H color. Mounting stamped '14k'. Apparently unmarked.

Approximate dimensions: US ring size 7; weighing 8.0 grams.
