US Army officer Chapeau De Bras folding bicorn. Cap is made out of beaver with a black cockade and on top of the cockade is a Federal Eagle with a staff officer's button. Stamped F.J. Melberger Washington D.C. right facing Eagle perched on American flags to the center of the crown. Still retains it's original wide red leather sweatband. Size 7 1/4.
