U.S. MARINE CORPS MARK 2 FIGHTING KNIFE BY KABAR
Excellent World War II U.S. Navy Mark 2 fighting knife, 7 in. blade, 12 in. overall, with a thick, peened steel pommel and a grip constructed of knurled brown leather washers. The blade is fully Parkerized and retains approx. 85% of the finish. Marked on the ricasso ‘KA-BAR Olean, N.Y.' and ‘USMC' on the reverse ricasso. Housed within a brown leather scabbard bearing an embossed Marine Corps insignia and reading ‘KA-BAR USMC'. Overall, a nice example.
