A large rectangular U.S. Marine Corps Recruiting Service table cover constructed from red wool felt. The central field features a multi-piece yellow and blue felt appliqué depicting the Eagle, Globe, and Anchor (EGA) emblem. A yellow felt banner above the eagle is embroidered in blue with the motto SEMPER FIDELIS. The emblem is flanked by yellow felt appliqué lettering reading U.S. MARINE CORPS at the top and RECRUITING SERVICE at the bottom. The entire piece is finished with a stitched yellow felt border along the edges. The construction and materials are characteristic of mid-century military recruiting displays. While documentation indicates a maker's label for Fordham Patterson of New Jersey, no manufacturer label is visible in the provided photographs. Measures 68" x 72".
