Case: The case is in overall very good condition with light surface scratches throughout visible to the naked eye. The case has visible signs of patina throughout the case but especially around the right side of the case. The buckle is in very good condition.
Dial: The dial is in overall excellent condition. Mother of pearl dial intact with natural variations.
Movement: The movement is running at time of cataloging, however it was not tested for the accuracy of time or duration of the power reserve and may need service at the buyer's discretion. Please note that Sotheby's does not guarantee the future working of the movement.
**Please note that the interior of the presentation box is deteriorating. Some of the debris from the presentation box is attached to the back of the strap.**

Ulysse Nardin has a long and rich tradition as makers of sonnerie, repeating and automaton watches. The present lot is a limited edition hour striking automata with an erotic scene of the Serpent in the Garden of Eden. Two sets of erotic automaton figures are activated when the hour striker mechanism is turned on or when the pusher to the bottom right band is manually activated.
The present lot is offered in excellent overall condition from the original owner.
