Rare Smith & Wesson 1 1/2 first issue revolver from around 1860 caliber 32 rimfire. The gun is in very good condition with a strong spring. Easily legible barrel address on top of the barrel read "Smith & Wesson Springfield. Mass". The patent address on the cylinder is still legible, "Pat. D. Apr. 3. July 5. 1959 & Nov 21. 1865" Beautiful rosewood handles, with normal signs of wear. No play on the hinge. The barrel and cylinder are internally without damage. The outside of the revolver is also free from rust and pitting. The cylinder transports well.
