Designed by Frank Hess, this iconic piece features overlapping dimensional fans made of colorful plastic strips and black glass spacer beads hand-wired through a perforated metal bar base. It is in excellent vintage condition with all components intact and is a verified book piece documented on page 147 of Cathy Gordon's 2004 book "Miriam Haskell Jewelry."
