Watercolour on paper. Bears signature and date lower left 'Heimrad Prem 70'. Composition of translucent bands of red, blue, green and brown with drop-shaped and stem-like elements; a yellow disc with a red ring to the upper left, small figural forms, dotted fields and dark brush shapes across the centre. The paper evenly discoloured. Cockling throughout the sheet. Scattered foxing to the upper third and along the right edge of the sheet. A dark brown spot to the right of the composition. Two losses to the paper surface to the right of the composition. Chipping and small losses to the corners and edges of the sheet. Soiling along the edges. The sheet lies directly against the glazing, without a mount. The glazing with a small crack to the lower right. Dimensions 70 x 90 cm. Prem studied at the Academy of Fine Arts, Munich, co-founded the Gruppe SPUR in 1957/58 and took part in documenta III in 1964.
