Unusual novelty silver mounted brass travelling barometer in the form of a lifebelt, hallmarked Birmingham 1891 (marks worn but just readable, maker difficult to read). Also marked round the silver rim H.M. Emanuel & Son, Portsea. Pointer in barometer is detached and the silver has a few dents.
