Victor Rolyat, British, b. 1800. A 19th century oil on canvas landscape. Depicts a Highland Scottish loch with small sailboat and mountains in the distance. Signed "V. Rolyat" lower right. Some areas of craquelure and surface grunge, small repair with in-painting center right. Image 19 1/4 x 29 1/4" high, in a 19th century Gesso frame with artist plaque and some wear, 30 x 40 1/2" high overall. ESTIMATE $600-800
