The case has scratches and small nicks throughout. The case has developed patina. The hallmark is visible to the case back, but is slightly rubbed. The screw to the case back between 10 and 11 o'clock is missing. The dial and hands appear to be original and in good condition. The painted hour hand has a small amount of paint loss near the base. The base of the hands has scratches. The crystal is scratched. The bracelet is slightly bent. The bracelet has the Vacheron Constantin cross and is also stamped "C & Cld". The movement is in working order at the time of cataloging, consistent with the age of the watch. The movement has not been tested for accuracy. A service is recommended given the age of the watch.
