Designed as a bird on a branch, the abdomen decorated with turquoise cabochons, the beak of carved 'corallium japonicum' coral, the eye highlighted by a sapphire cabochon, the head, leg and the tail set with pear-shaped, brilliant-, marquise- and baguette-cut diamonds, to a textured gold branch, signed Van Cleef & Arpels, numbered, French assay marks for 18 carat yellow gold and platinum, maker's mark for Ste Janca, measurements 5.50 x 3.45 cm, poids brut 30.12 grams.
