VERY FINE AND RARE AMERICAN CARVED AND POLYCHROME PAINT-DECORATED WHIRLIGIG OF A WHALEMAN, LATE 19TH CENTURY

appears to retain its original paint.

Height 21 ½ in. by Depth 21 in. by Width 5 ¼ in.

Condition Report:
The figure has a wonderful age patina. It has typical scattered paint loss with the greatest concentration of loss on the left side front of jacket. Both boots have repairs near the front.
