Condition Report:
The proper upper right sky area with broad network of cracks, possibly from contact. Also an area of cracks in proper lower right quandrant. There are three small area of loss covered by inpainting in the proper right lower quarant. Most likely the frame is by the artist. There are some areas of loss to the decoupage frame. The canvas does not appear to be cropped in any way.
