VICTORIAN ERA HALF SCALE FLEMISH SUIT OF ARMOR.
The armor & stand measured approx. 6 feet tall with wooden base measuring approx. 22" x 12" x 12". Steel plated armor encompasses what appears to be straw filled cloth mannequin for legs & steel structure for . The armor suit appears mostly complete while missing the left hand gauntlet. The backside of the cloth colored cloth with fleur-de-lis floral scroll stitching & gold/black tassel. Also included is a 28" sword & 25"x19" shield. CONDITION: the armor plating has a pleasing gray & patina appearance with wear & cleaned pitting. Sword has missing handle with darker patina appearance. (02-24773/MD). NON-GUN. $6,000-10,000.
