English, 4th quarter - 19th century. Propelling telescopic pencil in the style of a plumb bob measuring approx. 3.0" open, 1.25" closed. Stamped "S. Mordan & Co." with the diamond registration mark for 5th of April, 1880. Simple circular body with suspension ring.
Condition Report: Very difficult to extend, pin doesn’t work. Faint overall surface scratches.
