A) GALLEONS AT ANCHOR NEAR A TOWER
B) A SMITHY IN THE RUINS OF A CELLAR

A): Pen and brown ink and wash over black chalk, within two sets of brown ink framing lines;
signed in brown ink to the lower left margin: Vincenzo Re In.or et Del.vt and bears numbering, verso: D:M. 27
B): Pen and brown ink and gray wash over black chalk, within two sets of brown ink framing lines;
signed with the artist's initials in brown ink to the lower right margin: VRe Inv.or and bears numbering, verso: D:M. 36

A): 356 by 473 mm; 14 by 18⅝ in
B): 351 by 468 mm; 13¾ by 18½ in

Condition Report:
Both works are hinge mounted to decorative mounts. There is an old mount stain to the four margins of both works and some general minor toning and foxing to each sheet. Both works are in otherwise good condition throughout, with the media fresh and vibrant. Both works sold in modern giltwood frames.
