This is an adorable 18" original Lenci felt doll from Italy produced by the designer Elena Scavini, circa 1930's. She has an expressive face with her two piece original costume. Her features include; long stroke eyebrows, painted side glancing eyes, painted upper lashes, closed mouth and brown hair . She has applied stitched ears. She has all fingers and toes with the two middle fingers stitched together. She wears her original national dress with metal and gold thread, A large matching felt hat with felt trim adorns her head.
