Vacheron Constantin Nocturne 5 minute repeater silver and blue guiloche enamel desk clock, circa 1925, was made by Nocturne for Vacheron and Constantin. The clock has a single sunk porcelain enamel dial signed Vacheron & Constantin Geneve with black Arabic enamels and hinged silver handle on top. The 5 minute repeater mechanism is engaged by pressing the blue guilloche enamel button on the top. The clock has a full plate key wind and key set from the back movement and is signed Nocturne Brevet 30225 with the serial number 4083. The silver and enamel case is marked Argent .935 and numbered 2660 on the bottom and inside the door. The clock measures 2.5"H x 2"W and comes with the silk lined leather case and original key. Condition: the repeater mechanism works correctly, the clock is not running but has good balance motion, needs a good cleaning and one foot on the case is missing, please see all photos.
