Gold case 18K (0. 750) - hallmarked.
Gold-plated dial with Roman numerals in black. No minute track. Gold-colored spear hands, signature VACHERON & CONSTANTIN GENEVE (black) . Above the six AUTOMATIC. Very good, fine condition.

Movement in original condition - caliber 1120 (stamped) . Movement signed (Maltese cross) VACHERON & CONSTANTIN GENEVE (Maltese cross) - also in capital letters thirty-six 36 jewels adjusted heat cold and isochroniem five (5) positions - chatons - gold wheels - gold-set ruby jewel. A very fine caliber and it is extra flat.
Movement opening recommended by a watchmaker due to its flatness.
Movement intact and working.
Crown smooth.
Inside the back cover between two Maltese crosses Vacheron & Constantin SWISS 18K 0. 750 woman's head hallmark 23 in the key 7390
Watch width without crown 31mm - with 32. 5mm - watch height 31mm - 5. 5mm flat - height with lugs 38mm. Weight 34. 8g
Fine brown leather strap. Width 18mm. Length with clock 23cm. The leather strap will not be shipped to countries outside the EU.
The watch is in very nice condition and has never been worn.
