Movement: Cal. 45X 10''', 17 jewels, No. 416468
Case, dial and movement signed, dial signed by retailer
With a Vacheron & Constantin 18k yellow gold buckle on a V&C strap
diameter 32 mm
Condition Report: The movement functions however has not been tested for accuracy or duration of power reserve. Case in overall good condition with wear to the edges, polished lugs. Dial professionally restored and refinished as original and in excellent condition. Movement in very good condition.
