Vacheron & Constantin Vintage 24.5mm 18K White Gold Manual-Wind Watch W/Leather Strap - This vintage wristwatch from Vacheron & Constantin features a 24.5mm x 28mm 18k white gold slim rectangular case fitted with a black leather strap with 18k white gold tang buckle. The watch has a black dial with applied baton hour markers and pointed baton hands, and a blue sapphire cabochon set winding crown. Serial #: 444666. Condition: The watch is working. Overall very good vintage condition with light signs of wear. Measurements: 6.5" buckle to first hole, 8" buckle to furthest hole.
