Art Deco crystal coupe/candy box from Val-Saint-Lambert, Liège, Belgium. The crystal coupe comes from the Bleu Pompéi Series from the 1930s. Blue Pompéi is one of the three VSL colors (alongside Topaze and Améthyste) that were used exclusively during the Art Deco period. The coupe has a côtes plate cut and stands on an elegant faceted hexagonal base.
The coupe is in very good condition with age-appropriate wear on the underside. No chips or flea bites.
Unsigned like all VSL products of this age, but clearly recognizable by shape, quality and color.
The coupe is 14 cm high, top diameter 14 cm, bottom 9 cm.
