Designed as a dahlia flower, set with a sugarloaf emerald weighing 8.09 carats, surrounded by old European-, old-mine-, and brilliant-cut diamonds, mounted in platinum and 18 karat white gold, signed Van Cleef & Arpels, numbered, French assay marks, circa 1956, case stamped Van Cleef & Arpels.

Accompanied by Gübelin report no. 22101104, dated 2 November 2022, stating that the emerald is of Colombian origin, with indications of minor clarity enhancement.

For further details, please refer to the report. With French assay mark for 18 karat gold. Signed Van Cleef & Arpels, numbered 4497CS. Emerald is medium deep slightly bluish green of strong saturation, with typical natural inclusions, with a few minor surface reaching inclusions, as examined under 10x magnification. The diamonds weigh approximately 26.5-32.0 carats in total, are of F-H colour, VVS-VS clarity, as graded in the mounting. Minor signs of wear to metal. Overall in very good condition. Accompanied by a case stamped Van Cleef & Arpels.
