Vauxhall - Viva HC SL - 1974

[ translate ]

One of the few, and now rare, Vauxhall Viva HC cars in SL trim, in the original gold colour with left-hand drive and air conditioning. The Viva was the last Vauxhall car to have its own design, the HC is the last of the Viva line with a more modern style and a larger interior space. In terms of bodywork design, the influence of American models was felt most strongly. For example, it featured horizontal rear light clusters and a flat dashboard. This 1974 Vauxhall Viva is in good condition, the body shows no rust or damage like the bumpers, which are perfectly straight and plated with chrome. The underbody is excellent, still with its original protective coating. The paint is a bit dull and would benefit from a good car detailing to make it shine again as it was repainted externally 11 years ago, without touching the engine compartment. It has always been in Italy and has remained in northern Italy in a plain area, where it is currently. It is in good mechanical order, has always undergone the required servicing but needs carburettor adjustment. The driving is excellent and the engine responds progressively as does the gearbox. The air conditioning unit, of which the original instruction manual with illustrated features is present, is currently without refrigerant gas. The interior is in original black sky, the driver’s seat needs attention where you see the repair to be carried out; the other seats, door panels and car’s headliner are in good condition. Provided with regular original documents and ASI registration. Original keys. The car can ben viewed in Badia Polesine (Italy) and we can arrange shipment worldwide.
