Condition Report:
Appears to retain its original marble top. Structurally sound and ready to place. With some general marks, nicks, surface scratches and wear as to be expected with age and use. Minor chips to veneers, such as to the base. Minor, scattered age cracks. The marble top with old repair, which is only visible to the underside, scattered minor scratches and very tiny losses, such as to the edges.
