Field with central complex multicolor medallion with extensions and floral designs on cobalt blue color background; complex multicolor corner guards; multiple borders with floral palmettes serpentine motifs on multicolor background; fringe at both ends. Persian, ca. 1960's/1970's

Very finely knotted pile full and even throughout on a fine foundation; design crisp and colors strong, with no low or bare areas, holes or moth damage observed. Fringes clean, full and even at both ends; red overcast selvedges intact and secure. Reverse shows a dense, regular weave with no repairs, patching or reweaving. No staining, water marks or fading noted. Lies flat and square.
