A truly fine and rare Tribal weapon used by the Head Hunters of Dayak warriors from the Borneo islands. Featuring a spectacular carved bone grip showing a wonderful carved details with a grotesque face to the pommel, the grip is bound by finely braid straw. Mounted with a better than average quality blade exhibiting chiseled and brass inlaid decorations and retaining its razor sharp edge. a rare authentic example actually used by the Dayak head hunters.
