Vico Magistretti for Cassina, Grey Maralunga Sofa

Beautiful two-seater sofa designed by Vico Magistretti for the Cassina and Busnelli factory in the 70s.The Maralunga sofa was covered entirely in soft and fine woven fabric in gray color. With warm and reassuring shapes, where the possibility of movement of the backrest, the soft appearance and the padding enhance the comfort giving rise to multiple interpretations.The sofa by Vico Magistretti is the first edition of the famous Maralunga, known for its rabbit ear backrest, adjustable at will. In fact, the backrest being curved through an internal mechanism is easily adjustable upwards to allow the guest to rest their head. The feet are created from a single black hard plastic shell.
