Condition Report:
Executed on plywood panel. Panel is sound. Minor surface dirt. One faint 5-inch scratch to the surface in center of lower right quadrant. Hairline craquelure to the surface of the encaustic at the outer margins of the composition, most notably at the extreme edges. A few tiny nicks to the extreme edges of the paper underneath the encaustic. Under UV light: a few strokes of possible inpainting to address the aforementioned scratch; a few other areas fluoresce unevenly due to the application of the artist's chosen media. The work is in good condition.
