Victor-François, 2nd Duke of Broglie, 1st Prince of Broglie, of the Holy Empire, ("de Breuil") , (1718 - 1804 died in emigration) , general marshal of the camps and armies of King Louis XVI. He emigrated in 1789 and commanded the counter-revolutionary ARMY of the Prince of CONDE in 1792.
