Victor Victrola VV 4-7 Phonograph

This classic Victor Victrola Model VV 4-7 Orthophonic floor-standing phonograph was manufactured by the Victor Talking Machine Co. of Camden, New Jersey (serial number 50556). Housed in an elegant dark wood cabinet featuring turned legs and front speaker doors over internal record storage shelves, this mid-1920s Orthophonic model represents the gold standard of mechanical acoustic sound reproduction. The unit retains its original tone arm, soundbox, gold-decal interior lid logo, and hand crank. It exhibits minor surface scratches, light scuffs, and expected wear consistent with age and gentle use, but overall remains in good physical condition and operates beautifully with clear, rich sound.
