Victorian 16ct hexagonal amethyst drop tassel brooch in Art Nouveau foliate frame - Brooch Rose gold, Yellow gold Amethyst

Stunning late Victorian tassel drop brooch in 9kt yellow and rose gold. Set with a 16ct hexagonal amethyst in an openwork frame decorated with delicate Art Nouveau leaves and scrolls. The pendant attachment is embossed with flowers and houses 6 wheat / herringbone chains with ball finials. The brooch has its original 9ct gold safety chain.

Wonderful statement piece with deep vibrant hue to the amethyst.
