Condition Notes: Victorian watch fob chains make fantastic modern-day necklaces! The links of this chain are hollow and lightweight, giving that big, bold look with a rosy-hued gold. The fob works much like a pendant, and swivels to reveal carnelian or bloodstone tablets. It's new owner could add a personalized engraving or carving! Having worn English hallmarks on the fob: Unknown maker's mark J.T.J., 9-375 for gold purity of 9k gold, Anchor town mark for Birmingham, date mark "P" for 1864. Minor scratches to the metal.
